Interprétation:
     Le score de RIETE permet d'évaluer le risque hémorragique à 3 mois pour un patient traité par anticoagulant dans le cadre d'une thrombose.
     le risque est catégorisé selon le score obtenu:
       - Score < 1.5 : risque faible.
       - Score ≥ 1.5 et ≤ 4: risque modéré.
       - Score > 4 : risque élevé.

	1 - Age > 75 ans.
	2 - Cancer métastasé.
	1 - Immobilité > 4 jours dans les deux mois précédents (patient non chirurgical).
	1.5 - Saignement majeur dans les 30 derniers jours.
	1 - TP allongé.
	1 - Créatininémie > 106 µmol/l (1,2 mg/dl) ou Clearance < 30 ml/min.
	1 - Plaquettes < 100.000/ml.
	1 - Anémie (Hb < 13g/dl pour une homme, 12g/dl pour une femme).
	-1 - Thrombose distale (non proximale).
